You will find answers to many of your questions here:
Are these pigments colourfast?
Almost all pigments in stock are mineral oxides, they are perfectly UV and alkaline-resistant.
Certain Lime wash pigments contain organic components and it is advisable to use them indoors only. These are: Lucca, Minos, Lagoon and Magma.
Does Lime wash show unwanted pigment stripes when the paint is applied?
Some pigments do not spread as easily as others.
If the pigments are mixed at high speed with the water and afterwards with 2/3 of the Lime wash, it will promote homogenous spreading.
Can pigments be inter-mixed?
All pigments can be inter-mixed.
